Job Description: As a Business Enablement Analyst, you will be responsible in providing the necessary management support to API CoE in the following areas: contracts management, procurement, vendor management, resource hiring, training coordination, regulatory compliance, security findings, and other responsibilities to be assigned by API Enablement Manager and Lead.          Job Responsibilities:   Ensuring proper planning and coordination are established from necessary support teams. Working within the bounds of their processes, standards, and SLAs All open positions are filled by establishing planning and regular coordination with the hiring team/manager, support teams from HR and ITG Recruitment and Hiring Ensure all new hires are onboard. All necessary training, tools, and access are provided in coordination with other onboarding support teams Identify training needs of all API CoE sub teams, coordinate sourcing of training provider with HR/ITG training support teams, schedule the trainings with the manager or lead of the sub team Performs diligently other responsibilities / tasks that may be assigned in the course of the meeting the objective of the group/Bank         Your Qualifications and Your Experiences should be   Holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other relevant fields  Minimum 5 years of experience in IT business administration and operational support with focus on contract preparation and contracts management, procurement, and vendor management Good working knowledge and experience in working with Microsoft Office 365, Sharepoint, OneDrive, MS Teams, and other standard M365 tools Good working knowledge and experience in working with Jira, draw.io, Visio, or other similar tools Good understanding and working knowledge of standard software development related diagramming techniques e.g. flowcharts, bubble chart, block diagram, etc.         You must be willing to be assigned in Ortigas.           BDO Unibank, Inc. provides equal opportunity to all qualified candidates.
