POSITION SUMMARY

The Business Enablement Specialist plays a key role in optimizing the operational efficiency of Vines Therapy by managing financial, HR, and administrative functions. This role requires a proactive and versatile individual with strong organizational and problem-solving skills, a keen eye for details and the ability to contribute to both daily operations and strategic initiatives across the business.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years of experience in a business operations role with significant involvement in finance and HR.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related finance field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in using accounting software (e.g., Xero, Quickbooks)
  • Proficiency in Xero accounting software
  • Knowledge of BAS and GST Reporting
  • Familiarity with CRM and HRIS systems.
  • NDIS billing familiarity
  • Healthcare/allied health experience.
  • Able or willing to learn using Allied health Practice Management Apps
