Job Description We’re looking for a strategic, relationship-driven Business Engagement Manager to act as a trusted partner to one of our central functions (e.g., Ambient Contract Logistics, Chilled, Transport/Specialist, Central). This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape demand, influence priorities, and ensure technology initiatives deliver real business value. You’ll own the end-to-end demand management lifecycle — from capturing and shaping ideas through to prioritisation, governance, and delivery readiness — ensuring alignment with both divisional goals and wider Group strategy. What you’ll be doing: Lead and manage all divisional demand, ensuring it is value-driven, prioritised, and delivery-ready Partner with senior stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business strategy Drive transparency, governance, and planning across demand, capacity, and delivery Champion business readiness, adoption, and benefits realisation Provide insight into IT performance, risks, and opportunities for improvement Act as a trusted advisor, influencing and challenging to achieve the best outcomes Support continuous improvement and promote cross-division collaboration Qualifications Proven experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders Strong background in demand management, prioritisation, and value-driven delivery Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language Experience working in complex, matrix environments A strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Desirable: Experience in logistics, supply chain or transport, and/or certifications in BRM, Change Management (Prosci/ACMP), or Agile.
