Business English Teacher

at  Language Institute

MUST BE A CANADIAN RESIDENT (preference will be given to Quebec residents).
Looking for a dynamic part time ESL Business English Teacher to teach on-line, Montreal; minimum: 1.5 hours per week (Fridays 8 am to 9:30 am) - potential for more hours in the future depending on performance.
Requirements: English teaching experience, effective communication skills, ability to accurately explain grammar points in simple terms (ex. present progressive, present perfect, conditionals, etc). Strong knowledge of grammar functions a must, schedule flexibility. Must be professional, friendly, and dynamic. Must be open to some on-going training if needed. Teachers must have the ability to facilitate conversation classes that is business/work related as well as posses a strong ability to consistently correct students on fossilized errors. Teachers must also be responsible for their own administrative duties: invoices, class attendance, lesson reports, student progress reports.
Must have access to Microsoft Teams as this is our clients’ preferred platform.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 per hour
