  • Passion for people and a natural ability to make others feel seen, heard, and valued.
  • Strong team collaboration, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, including CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A commitment to ongoing learning, improvement, and aligning with Harrison’s values of compassion, innovation, and excellence.

  • Serve as the first introduction to Harrison, providing warm, professional, and compassionate guidance to prospective clients.
  • Conduct enrollment calls, manage inbound inquiries, and thoughtfully qualify potential clients with both service alignment and empathy in mind.
  • Lead meet-and-greet sessions and clinic tours, ensuring a welcoming, informative, and personalized onboarding experience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Client Experience, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and efficient enrollment process.
  • Track all communications and interactions in the CRM system with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Respond promptly (within one business day) to client inquiries by phone, email, or in person—delivering clarity, care, and a high level of service.
  • Assist in preparing corporate proposals, presentations, and event coordination tasks in support of the Senior Director, Business Development.
