About you: We are looking for an energetic individual with excellent interpersonal skills, who can influence effectively at all levels, while taking people on our continuous improvement journey.  Working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams, you will partner with business leaders, at General Management level, where you will get a high-level of understanding of the global business. You will also have the skills to communicate with the operators and core team who work within our manufacturing operations environment.
