This role oversees the Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and safety standards while managing digital portals for efficient access to resources. Additionally, the Lead coordinates the implementation of the Advanced Business Excellence Model (ABEM), aligns initiatives with strategic objectives, and engages stakeholders to drive operational effectiveness. By developing training programs and ensuring audit compliance, the Lead empowers teams to enhance quality and achieve organizational success.
