Job Title Business Excellence Leader OHC Job Description Your Challenge: We’re looking for an experienced Business Excellence Leader who drives continuous improvement, elevates operational excellence, and deliver meaningful improvements across our Oral Health Care (OHC) organization. In this strategic role, you will guide the business toward sustainable growth by shaping how we work, improving how we perform, and inspiring teams to continuously challenge the status quo. You will partner with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, implement best practices, and ensure alignment with company goals, quality standards, and customer expectations. You will be based at our head office in Amsterdam. Your role: 1. Continuous Improvement & Process Optimization Lead impactful improvement initiatives aligned with OHC priorities, using Lean, Agile, and Continuous Improvement methodologies. Conduct end-to-end process reviews and identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. 2. Strategy & Performance Management Translate business strategy into measurable objectives and improvement initiatives. Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and performance scorecards. 3. Change Management Champion a culture of operational excellence by fostering sustainable behavioral change and building long-term competitive advantage. Lead change initiatives through structured methodology - identifying root causes, creating solutions and ensuring it is embedded in the organization. Coach stakeholders and teams to adopt new processes or behaviors. 4. Project & Program Leadership Manage cross-functional improvement projects from concept to implementation. Design and facilitate dynamic workshops that remove barriers, unlock team potential, and accelerate business results. Track milestones, risks, budgets, and benefits realization. 5. Culture Building & Capability Development Promote a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. Challenge assumptions, spark innovation, and help shape a bold vision for future success. You're the right fit if: Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) and at least 10 years of experience leading major initiatives in complex, cross-functional environments. You have deep expertise in Continuous Improvement (Lean/Agile), project and change management, and performance management. You combine strong business acumen with analytical, hands-on data skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire, empower, and collaborate effectively. You’re an energetic, structured facilitator who can run effective workshops, and you’re comfortable operating in a global setting with diverse cultures.
