Role Description

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Business Excellence Manager to drive operational effectiveness, process improvement, and organizational performance. The role involves identifying improvement opportunities, developing and implementing business excellence initiatives, optimizing processes, establishing performance metrics, analyzing operational data, and supporting continuous improvement across functions. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, strengthen governance, and translate business objectives into measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of business process improvement, operational excellence, performance management, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, process mapping, and performance measurement.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or other process improvement frameworks is an advantage.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Results-driven, collaborative, adaptable, and committed to delivering sustainable business improvements.
