We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Business Excellence Manager to drive operational improvement, enhance business performance, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of business operations, process improvement, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to analyze business data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with business intelligence or process improvement tools is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
