In this role, you will support and lead regulatory projects and operational risk events, assist in audit processes, manage updates to Terms & Conditions, and proactively ensure the Nordic business complies with AEMP10 Third-party Lifecycle Management. Key Responsibilities: Support and lead regulatory changes, audits, and business initiatives Support digital infrastructure improvements Manage third-party risks per regulations and policies Optimize processes and address control and operational risk issues Update terms and conditions as needed Work in partnership with Business, Technology, Servicing, Compliance, Legal, and Risk departments to enhance operational efficiency and deliver increased value to customers Who you are: Detail-oriented, passionate, open-minded Results-driven, solution-oriented Challenges conventions Collaborative Energetic and motivated Prioritises and collaborates effectively Organised and methodical Performs well under pressure Embraces a growth mindset Minimum Qualifications: Proficiency in English and Swedish, both spoken and written. Norwegian and Finnish are considered an advantage. Norwegian and Finnish are considered an advantage. Project management experience in Finance, Banking, IT, or Business Travel. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or Business. Strong communication and analytical abilities. Skilled in handling large datasets and process flows. Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; MS Access desirable. Experienced in operational risk, compliance, or control functions. Employment eligibility to work with American Express in Sweden is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions.
