No.     Core job Responsibilities 1. Strategy, Policies, Processes & Procedures  * Support the implementation of business excellence strategies and initiatives across the Group. * Provide recommendations on process documentation and compliance status. * Ensure compliance with the laws and regulations stipulated in the system of labour policies and administrative regulations (Attendance, Absence, Career commitment). * Deal with sensitive and confidential information to protect the interest of the 7X. 2. Business Process Management * Lead day-to-day execution of process mapping and process documentation activities. * Ensure process maps are accurate, standardized and maintained in central repositories. * Coordinate with stakeholders in conducting process reviews and report gaps to the Manager. 3. Process Improvement * Support identification of inefficiencies by gathering operational data and conducting preliminary analysis. * Propose improvement ideas based on Lean and Six Sigma techniques. * Track progress of improvement initiatives and escalate challenges to the Manager. * Research and document internal and external best practices. * Assist in preparing recommendations for adoption in business units. * Monitor the implementation status of approved practices and provide status updates. 3. QMS audits and ISO certifications * Coordinate with BUs/subsidiaries to prepare evidence and documentation for QMS audits and ISO certifications. * Conduct readiness checks, maintain compliance logs and ensure timely closure of audit findings. * Ensure continuous updates of quality management records and frameworks. 4. Performance and Reporting * Gather KPI data, validate accuracy and prepare draft reports and dashboards for the Manager’s review. * Highlight early warnings or deviations in performance metrics. 5.     Synergies with Stakeholders  * Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high performance. 6. Other Tasks  * Perform any other responsibilities relating to this job request or work task as allocated by the Line Manager.   COMMUNICATION & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS Internal: Within 7X Group External: Clients, Vendors, Third Party Service Providers, External Auditors, ISO Bodies.
