About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Associate Manager In this role, you will: Supervise a team in transactional tasks and processes to ensure timely completion, quality, and compliance for the business Ensure successful planning, integration, impasse resolution, and measurement of operations that are routine and arise within the operations of the work group Identify Business Execution opportunities and provide guidance on strategies, operations, and financial management for the purpose of process improvement Mitigate risk development within the operations of work groups and functional areas Make day to day supervisory decisions and, under the direction of management, resolve issues for procedure administration and adherence, systems or change initiatives, business continuity planning, reporting and research, project funding, quality management, communications, financial control, and internal processing of colleagues Leverage interpretation of policies, procedures, or compliance requirements for the business group Collaborate and consult with immediate Business Execution colleagues and management while recommending strategies to implement changes and improvements Interact directly with external parties to influence, optimize, and negotiate on business operations related to Strategy and Execution Manage allocation of people and financial resources for smooth functioning of business operations Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent Required Qualifications: 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 1+ years leadership experience Desired Qualifications: Experience within the Banking industry Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent. People management experience, with strong knowledge of Retail Core Operations and consumer banking processes preferred Advanced expertise in test plans, test cases, test procedures, test scripts, and expected outcomes Hands-on experience with Retail Banking applications preferred Strong hands-on experience with test management tools such as JIRA, ALM, Confluence, and similar platforms Hands-on experience with test automation is a strong advantage Experience designing and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)In-depth understanding of business tools, processes, and workflows Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Proven ability to assume high levels of responsibility, initiative, and accountability Strong time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines Demonstrated experience building and maintaining professional relationships Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to develop creative and efficient solutions Proficiency in data management and working with databases Ability to quickly learn, adapt to, and apply new tools and technologies A proactive “go-getter” mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and high performance Experience planning, implementing, and assuring quality for large-scale testing initiatives, including test automation, test data management/analytics, and innovative use of technology to improve testing efficiency Experience training and developing team members to foster an innovative, inclusive, and collaborative team culture Proven ability to share knowledge and build tools, frameworks, and enablers to strengthen team and service capabilities Job Expectations: Execute end-to-end test management activities, including capacity planning and stakeholder coordination Define and develop test strategies, test plans, test scenarios/scripts, and oversee execution for Retail Core Operations applications Perform and lead both manual and automated testing efforts Lead Business Requirements Document (BRD) and Functional Specification Document (FSD) reviews Prepare and deliver regular status reports, manage defect triage, produce test summaries, and maintain testing traceability Facilitate and lead meetings and reviews with Operations and cross-functional stakeholders as required Fulfill Agile testing responsibilities, including participation in backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily SCRUM calls, and sprint execution Partner with and lead engagements across Line of Business, Risk/Compliance, and Technology teams within Operations Influence and manage stakeholders across Operations, Technology, and Product organizations Provide consultation, guidance, and direction to users and business partners Establish and maintain quality standards, procedures, and criteria to assess product quality and release readiness Drive innovation and continuously improve and streamline testing processes Research and gain deep understanding of system features and functionality under test Collaborate with Engineering teams to define and implement effective testing strategies Log, track, validate, and verify resolution of software defects and specification gaps Ensure compliance with regulatory, risk, and control requirements for supported areas and partner with stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve shared goals Lead projects and teams and serve as a mentor or coach for less experienced staff Motivate and guide team members to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and perform effectively in a fast-paced, complex environment Operate effectively within a matrixed organization and build strong business partnerships across all levels Posting End Date: 19 Apr 2026 *Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
