Your Impact: As an intern on the Performance Managed Services team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside consultants who support some of the world’s leading asset managers. This internship is designed to give you hands-on exposure to how financial data, performance measurement techniques, and technology intersect to support portfolio analysis and reporting workflows. You will gain valuable insight into FactSet’s performance solutions like B-One and how we help clients solve real-world problems using our platforms and services. During Your Internship With FactSet You Will: Learn the fundamentals of performance measurement and attribution in an asset management context Assist in the validation and reconciliation of portfolio data used in client performance reports Collaborate with our performance specialists to support day-to-day client workflows and SLA-related tasks Shadow client meetings to understand service delivery and communication best practices Participate in a group project to identify and improve a part of the performance measurement process Gain exposure to FactSet platforms such as B-One What You Will Gain: Practical understanding of performance workflows and reporting tools used in asset management Exposure to real client use cases and service management principles Mentorship and guidance from experienced specialists Development of soft skills including communication, prioritization, and stakeholder interaction Potential opportunity for a full-time role after graduation based on performance What We Are Looking For In Candidates: University students in their 3rd year or above, or recent graduates in Finance, Economics, or a related field Strong interest in financial markets and financial instruments. Analytical mindset and ability to work with complex data Curiosity about technology and willingness to learn.
