• Financial Planning & ForecastingLead the annual budgeting process
• Manage monthly and quarterly forecasting cycles
• Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis
• Partner with key stakeholders to improve forecast accuracy

• Performance Reporting & AnalysisDeliver executive-level performance analysis and commentary
• Identify key business drivers, risks and opportunities
• Provide clear and actionable recommendations to management
• Support executive and board reporting requirements

• Commercial FinancePartner with Sales teams to improve revenue quality and profitability
• Analyse pricing, margins and customer profitability
• Support business case development and investment decisions
• Evaluate commercial opportunities and associated financial impacts

• Operations & Project FinancePartner with Operations and Project teams to improve financial performance
• Analyse project profitability and operational efficiency
• Monitor cost drivers and operational KPIs
• Provide financial insights into operational decision-making
• Identify risks and opportunities impacting project and operational performance

• Cash Flow & Working CapitalOwn weekly cash flow forecasting processes
• Monitor working capital performance across inventory, debtors and project cash flow
• Analyse cash conversion and project billing performance
• Support initiatives that improve cash generation and working capital efficiency
