You have a degree in Business/ Economics or similar field (If not, 4 or more years of management experience in a Business/ Economics field where you’vemanaging large accounts on a local/ national level works too!)
You are a total people-person and can strike up a conversation easily and build a good rapport with your matrix, stakeholders and suppliers

You are very analytical and results driven
Previous experience in a Matrix environment is an asset (but not necessary!)
You have about 3 years of direct leadership experience where you have managed a team of direct reports
You have a minimum of 7 years’ experience in a Financial or Navigator role
You have an amazing attention for detail and are consistent with your approach
You are generally quite technology-savvy
You can effortlessly juggle multiple priorities while keeping a smile on your face
You work well with deadlines and can organize and prioritize your workload all by yourself (and well!)
You understand how to work in a matrixed environment, both with internal and external stakeholders, as well as external vendors
Responsibilities
Drive and co-ordinate the business performance follow-up and forecasting process in the country, in line with the global business navigation year cycle and inclose co-operation with the country management team and stores.
Project and secure the long-term financial development in the country by connecting the profit and loss to the objectives of the IKEA Direction, MarketPenetration Plan and identified business opportunities in the country.
Secure a pro-active, documented and anchored way of working with scenario planning and implementation, providing fast reactions to performance deviationswhile maximizing the business performance in the short term.
Promote the use of business cases when identifying, evaluating and acting on business opportunities
Support and challenge the planning, implementation and follow up of the pricing of products and services, in line with country pricing principles.
Lead & develop the Business Navigation organization in the country by securing and growing Business Navigation competence within function as well asspreading it to the rest of the organization.
Be an active partner that contributes expertise to country projects to ensure on time delivery that is within budget.
Keeping customers in mind, develop people and business together by learning the business and encouraging entrepreneurial behavior where the team canexplore what the future of retail could look like.
