    • You have a degree in Business/ Economics or similar field (If not, 4 or more years of management experience in a Business/ Economics field where you’vemanaging large accounts on a local/ national level works too!)



      • You are a total people-person and can strike up a conversation easily and build a good rapport with your matrix, stakeholders and suppliers

        • You have amazing attention for details and can effortlessly juggle multiple competing priorities while keeping a smile on your face

        • You are very analytical and results driven
        • Previous experience in a Matrix environment is an asset (but not necessary!)
        • You have about 3 years of direct leadership experience where you have managed a team of direct reports
        • You have a minimum of 7 years’ experience in a Financial or Navigator role
        • You have an amazing attention for detail and are consistent with your approach
        • You are generally quite technology-savvy
        • You can effortlessly juggle multiple priorities while keeping a smile on your face
        • You work well with deadlines and can organize and prioritize your workload all by yourself (and well!)
        • You understand how to work in a matrixed environment, both with internal and external stakeholders, as well as external vendors
        Responsibilities


          • Drive and co-ordinate the business performance follow-up and forecasting process in the country, in line with the global business navigation year cycle and inclose co-operation with the country management team and stores.



            • Project and secure the long-term financial development in the country by connecting the profit and loss to the objectives of the IKEA Direction, MarketPenetration Plan and identified business opportunities in the country.



              • Secure a pro-active, documented and anchored way of working with scenario planning and implementation, providing fast reactions to performance deviationswhile maximizing the business performance in the short term.



                • Promote the use of business cases when identifying, evaluating and acting on business opportunities

                • Support and challenge the planning, implementation and follow up of the pricing of products and services, in line with country pricing principles.
                • Lead & develop the Business Navigation organization in the country by securing and growing Business Navigation competence within function as well asspreading it to the rest of the organization.


                  • Be an active partner that contributes expertise to country projects to ensure on time delivery that is within budget.

                  • Keeping customers in mind, develop people and business together by learning the business and encouraging entrepreneurial behavior where the team canexplore what the future of retail could look like.
