JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in business formation and company setup services. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of UAE free zone, mainland, and offshore company formation, and will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and providing expert consultation to clients looking to start or expand their business in the region.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 0-2years of experience in business setup / company formation sales (UAE/Gulf experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of UAE licensing authorities (e.g., DED, DMCC, DIFC, Dubai South, RAKEZ, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to close high-value deals independently.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Hindi) is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate new leads through various sales channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
  • Consult clients on suitable business setup options (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore) based on their requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest regulations, procedures, and documentation related to company formation in the UAE.
  • Coordinate with internal PRO, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain a strong relationship with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Attend networking events, exhibitions, and conferences to expand industry presence.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts to management.
