For improving the PB One Data Platform, we are looking for an experienced Business Functional Analyst (BFA) with extensive knowledge and experience in the field of technical requirements analysis in the field of big data processes and technologies. Technical and functional analysis within the PB Data Platform Team and interface to IT and business areas. Responsibilities: Analysis of complex data-driven problems and development of solutions aligned to control and governance standards Documentation of requirements, processes and controls in Confluence and Jira Support for maintaining and prioritizing the product backlogs, as well as testing the data processes. Functional review and acceptance of the developed features in the Scrum team Support and document the data design, workflows and models according to the business requirements and control environment Accompany all levels of agile planning (product vision, roadmap, release planning, sprint planning, Daily Scrum) Skills: Higher education in a scientific or technical field with a clear IT focus, as well as comparable training At least 5 years experience in the field of data-driven digital solutions focusing on data platforms and data warehousing Exceptionally good knowledge of the agile working methods (Scrum, Kanban) Good knowledge on technology & database concepts, SQL, ETL, data analytics Experience in large project or transformation projects in a big financial enterprise would be beneficial Experience in cloud environments would be beneficial We require social and intercultural competence for the successful handling of all internal and external and international stakeholders, as well as good analytical, conceptual thinking, analytical skills, pronounced autonomy and initiative Language skills English: negotiation-safe and written.
