Responsibilities

WHAT’S THE ROLE?

To ensure our customers are able to connect with us over the phone, our business banking team are available between 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday. Working in an inbound call centre, your job is to respond to inbound calls and provide outstanding service to our business banking customers over the phone, each and every call. On any day, you can be helping businesses with their general questions, account resets, technical enquiries, merchant service facilities as well as identifying business needs to help our customers provide even greater service.

If you are successful for the role, we will be investing a wealth of time and resources in your learning, so we also request the following commitments from our candidates:

  • Able to complete 9 weeks full time training (9am to 5pm), commencing in October 2025
  • Once you’re out of training, and on the phone with our customers, moving to a rotating roster between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Frida
