SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Business Administration or similar qualification (Level 3 or higher).
  • Training or certification in quality, fleet, logistics, or H&S compliance (desirable but not essential).
  • Knowledge of ISO standards or experience working within an accredited environment.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills and a structured approach to managing multiple workstreams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
  • Strong IT proficiency, particularly in Excel, SharePoint, and business systems (experience with Protean highly desirable).
  • Confident communicator with experience managing supplier relationships and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work proactively, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Governance Coordinator to provide cross-functional administrative support within our Business Governance team. This role will work closely with the Quality Manager, Fleet Manager, Logistics Manager, and CDM Site Safety Manager, ensuring the smooth coordination and reconciliation of logistics & governance processes across the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as a central administrative coordinator for the Business Governance functions: Quality, Fleet, Facilities, Asset Management and Health & Safety.
  • Maintain accurate records, trackers, registers, and databases across all governance activities.
  • Manage shared inboxes for the Business Governance team, coordinating responses, prioritising incoming tasks, and ensuring clear communication and expectation-setting across all functions to support efficient workflow and timely resolution of requests.
  • Provide accurate and timely data for client and internal reporting, supporting governance KPIs, audit readiness, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Support continuous improvement projects by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements to administrative processes.
