Programme start date: August 2026 Our Business Graduate Programme provides the ideal springboard for an exciting and meaningful career in global financial markets. Join LSEG’s Markets division and be part of a dynamic team that powers global financial markets and helps organisations navigate risk with confidence. This graduate programme brings together our Capital Markets and Post Trade businesses to offer a comprehensive suite of solutions—from raising and trading capital across asset classes and geographies, to clearing and optimising portfolios, to managing regulatory, reputational and financial risk. If successful you will be aligned to FX, and based in our Singapore Office. FX, in this area we solve problems for our FX customers! We understand their business goals, maintain relationships with existing customers, keep them informed and deal with post sale activity. We also understand the product lifecycle phases from idea generation through to launch to market. Graduates will join FX Sales & Account Management or FX Product and from day one you will: Learn how to understand a customer’s business, goals, and motivations to win new business and grow key accounts Gain client exposure; analyse and learn to present customer data Research industry trends, customers and new product solutions To be eligible you must be a final year undergraduate or master’s student and have completed all the requirements of your course before August 2026. You should have a demonstrable interest in financial markets, which you’ve built through your studies, work experience or extracurricular activities. People who can collaborate with others, using their strong communication skills in the process – Ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking Mandarin and English in business A curiosity for data and an ability to analyse information to draw conclusions and propose solutions. Individuals who are able to connect the dots and think strategically. The environment we work in is fast paced, you’ll need to demonstrate focus, resilience and the flexibility to adapt to changing demands. People who can collaborate with others, using their strong communication skills in the process. We are not able to sponsor visas, therefore we require candidates to have the rights to work in Singapore without restrictions.
