As a Business Growth Field Trainer, you’ll be responsible for growing awareness and adoption of CaptionCall services throughout your assigned territory. This field-based role combines relationship-driven sales, community outreach, account management, and hands-on installation support. You’ll build partnerships with healthcare providers, senior living communities, and referral organizations while helping eligible individuals gain access to life-changing communication technology. JOB SUMMARY Territory Sales & Account Management * Develop and grow your assigned territory through relationship-based outreach and lead generation * Build and maintain referral partnerships with healthcare professionals, hearing care providers, senior living communities, VA organizations, and other community partners * Manage and expand existing provider and referral accounts * Generate new customer opportunities through presentations, events, networking, and in-person visits * Increase awareness and adoption of CaptionCall services throughout your territory * Travel throughout your local territory (~55-mile radius) for provider visits, customer appointments, and outreach activities (50–75% travel) * Maintain accurate customer and account information in CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) * Manage inventory, marketing materials, and installation equipment Customer Installation & Support * Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones in customer homes * Train customers on confidently using the service * Deliver a positive, customer-focused experience during every interaction * Serve as a trusted local resource for customers and partners Note: This role requires the use of your personal vehicle. Mileage reimbursement is provided for all business-related travel. Responsibilities

The role focuses on growing awareness and adoption of CaptionCall services by building referral partnerships with healthcare providers and senior living communities. Additionally, the trainer is responsible for performing in-home equipment installations and training customers on service usage.
