- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales within payments, FinTech, or related technology sectors.
- Proactive Sales Approach: A hunter mentality, skilled in leveraging lead generation tools and building a robust network.
- Self-Starter: Highly organized, motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Results-Oriented: A commercially driven individual who thrives on achieving and surpassing goals.
- Strong Negotiation Skills: Proven success in closing deals and handling complex negotiations with confidence.
- Track Record: Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales performance metrics.
