We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join ZR Consultants (ZRC) as part of our growth journey. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and converting leads into long-term partnerships.
As a key driver of revenue growth, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and promoting our consultancy services across Governance, Risk, and Compliance. This is a commission-only role with uncapped earning potential – a perfect opportunity for ambitious individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven success in business development or sales, preferably in consulting or professional services.
  • Strong knowledge of governance, risk, compliance, or related advisory services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Confident negotiator with a track record of closing high-value contracts.
  • Independent, self-driven, and entrepreneurial in approach.
  • Proficient with CRM systems, LinkedIn, and sales tech tools.
  • Cultural awareness and experience working with clients in the UAE/GCC is advantageous.

Responsibilities
  • New Business Generation – Identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities through networking, research, and outreach.
  • Relationship Building – Develop strong connections with decision-makers, understanding client needs and positioning ZRC’s services effectively.
  • Sales & Negotiation – Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from proposal to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Proposal Management – Lead on SOWs, RFPs, and tender submissions to secure client agreements.
  • Sales Strategy – Shape and execute strategies to target specific markets, industries, or geographies.
  • Market Insights – Monitor trends and competitor activity to position ZRC ahead of the curve.
  • Collaboration – Work closely with leadership and delivery teams to ensure client expectations align with service capabilities.
  • CRM & Admin Support – Maintain accurate records and ensure sales tools are used to track progress effectively.
  • Performance – Consistently achieve and exceed agreed targets.
