REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in product growth or digital marketing within the tech, fintech, or crypto industries.
  • Fast learner with the ability to work comfortably with large datasets.
  • Highly organized, meticulous, and results-driven, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong business acumen; experience with AI-related projects is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of crypto products and the exchange ecosystem.
Responsibilities
  • Drive business growth initiatives by optimizing acquisition channels and improving conversion rates through campaigns, UI/UX enhancements, and cross-business collaborations.
  • Coordinate the launch of new partnerships and product features to boost market awareness via various digital marketing channels.
  • Identify regional growth opportunities and contribute to the development and execution of growth strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships and deliver mutually beneficial outcomes.
