BUSINESS GROWTH SPECIALIST:

TXT Group, on behalf of a group company based in Milan, specializing in Martech services, is looking for a Business Growth Specialist. The main objective of this role will be to expand the client portfolio by generating as many contacts as possible with companies and public administrations.
The ideal candidate is a motivated individual with a data-driven approach and particular attention to market monitoring and conversion performance.

REQUIREMENTS:

2 years of experience in commercial roles or sales management/consulting;
Good knowledge of the communication and product design market, especially in the digital sector;
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
Proficiency in the English language.
The ideal candidate also possesses determination, proactivity, results orientation, attention to detail, good interpersonal and public speaking skills, and the ability to adapt to diverse sectors and brands.

Responsibilities

Research and selection of new prospects;
Managing the first contact and introducing the portfolio;
Organizing work in coordination with the CEO and Chief Client Officer;
Managing and updating the database.
