Description
Key Responsibilities HR Planning & Execution: Timely and high-quality implementation of HR plans, projects, and policies from HQ and regional shared service centers. Recruitment & Staffing: Independently expand multiple recruitment channels to ensure headcount targets are met and workforce structure remains healthy and balanced. Cost Optimization & Efficiency: Conduct HR-led research and analysis to identify pain points and deliver actionable improvement solutions that support departmental cost reduction and operational efficiency. Talent Pipeline Development: Collaborate with department managers, operations training teams, and regional OD to systematically build and sustain the department’s talent pipeline. Vendor Management: Oversee and coordinate labor outsourcing vendors to ensure service quality, compliance, and cost-effectiveness. Employee Care: Organize and execute department-level cultural activities and employee care initiatives to enhance engagement, retention, and well-being. University Partnerships: Independently identify, engage, and sign agreements with educational institutions; manage end-to-end intern programs (care, training, selection). Qualifications 1.Education & Experience: Associate degree or above; 3+ years of experience in HRBP or business-facing HR roles; Logistics industry background preferred; Overseas work experience is a plus. 2.Legal Compliance: Proficient in local labor laws and regulations; Capable of independently handling labor disputes and litigation. 3.Professional Expertise: Mastery of at least two core HR modules: Recruitment, Employee Relations, Culture & Engagement, or Employee Care. 4.Core Competencies: Excellent communication and presentation skills; Highly proactive, resilient under pressure, logical thinker, self-driven, and results-oriented. 5.Language Proficiency: English and Chinese are both acceptable as working languages (for overseas roles, e.g., Philippines, Thailand).
