We are looking to hire a Business HR Partner to join our HR team in Helsinki.
Our HR team consists of dedicated professionals who embody diversity and mutual support. We foster an environment where assistance and encouragement are always available, and we thrive on innovating and energizing one another. The HR team is divided into four sub-teams: HR Core, Business HR, Talent & Culture, and People Experience. Each sub-team holds weekly meetings to stay aligned, and we come together as a full HR team once a month. Joining our HR team means you’ll have the opportunity to grow, positively challenge others, and be challenged yourself.
What will I do as a HR Business Partner?
HR Business Partners act as a bridge between the business units and Human Capital (HR) function to shape and implement the People & Culture element in our strategy. They collaborate with Senior Leadership and Partners to understand the business goals and objectives to successfully utilize and develop HR practices and tools that support those goals. With HR Specialists, they mobilize and coach the Team Leaders to be successful in their roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the annual people processes in the defined organization supported by the wider HR team.
  • Analyze and address people metrics, workforce planning and talent management needs.
  • Consult with business leaders on HR issues and support closely when things are getting more complex.
  • Work closely with Team Leaders to enable sustainable careers and wellbeing.
  • Facilitate organizational development and change management initiatives, and selected projects.
