Description The HR/Business Office Manager reports directly to the Administrator and is responsible for managing financial, human resources and administrative functions. This includes preparing the budget; conducting financial analysis and preparing financial reports; developing and implementing an effective system of accounting; managing the payroll system and maintaining accurate and current employee records. 1. Participate in the provision of effective strategic financial and human resources planning and information 2. Provide controllership functions in order to ensure finances are managed according to policies and procedures and generally accepted accounting principles 3. Manage and coordinate human resources and administrative functions including personal administration and payroll 4. Provide leadership and direction to staff to ensure efficient use of human resources 5. Perform other related duties as assigned Position is Full Time Benefit eligible. Requirements Must have proficient knowledge in the financial concepts of GAAP, Financial Statement Analysis, and Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable. Detail oriented with strong analytical & problem-solving skills. Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills. Requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time and resources of the organization to meet required deadlines.
