About the team:
Fragomen in Dublin is an immigration consultancy with an enthusiastic team of professionals with extensive experience in Irish immigration and best practices. We provide the full suite of Irish immigration support to some of the biggest employers in the country and the world across multiple industries. We are a committed and passionate team. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare initial draft applications and correspondence for clients as directed
- Handle non-complex cases (as main point of contact) as required, and support other team members as necessary
- Update case management system and ensure services are invoiced efficiently and in real time
- Monitor email dropboxes and manage incoming and outgoing post for the team
- Use a high level of attention to detail at every step to ensure correspondence is clear, concise, and appropriate to the audience, keeping in mind client style
- Additional projects and administrative support to the team as required
