Job Description This position requires you to provide strategic compliance services to the firm’s corporate client base regarding their outbound immigration needs. As an integral part of the Consular team, you will be responsible for coordinating the visa requirements for our clients’ employees traveling out of their respective country. To that end, you will liaise closely with the various Embassies and Consulates in Singapore and throughout the Asia Pacific region, assisting employees with applying for their Consular visas and procuring documentation for their assignments and overseas travel. Throughout the management and co-ordination of visa processing, you will maintain communication and relationships with key client contacts to ensure the client is informed on the progress of all applications. You will foster and maintain strong relationships with relevant Third Party Vendors in countries outside of Singapore, ensuring effective flow of communication to the client and where necessary making sure the vendors provide the quality of service delivery expected by Fragomen and the client. You will also liaise closely with third party vendors to monitor any changes to Consular requirements or processes that may impact current or future applications to the countries covered by the team.
