Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic engagement initiatives across customer accounts, formulating clear plans for adoption, activation, and long-term retention to meet growth targets.
  • Drive large-scale engagement efforts, including in-person events with +50-200 participants, app push notifications plans, email campaigns, virtual hackathons +1000 participants… ensuring alignment with Aily engagement goals.
  • Design engagement events game plan: storyline, content & flow.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing) to design impactful awareness and adoption campaigns that deliver measurable results.
  • Provide strategic direction using user data-driven insights to adapt and optimize engagement strategies.
  • Prioritize and manage a highly fragmented set of activities with different teams involved, from the initial concept to final execution, ensuring each project delivers on time and meets business KPIs.
  • Communicate results presenting key insights to internal stakeholders, highlighting successful strategies and areas for improvement.
