Strong command of project management tools and operational tracking systems (reporting, dashboards, workflow management, etc.). Extensive experience in first-level controls and client relationship management. Meticulous attention to detail, analytical mindset, and the ability to quickly identify anomalies or operational risks. Excellent communication skills in both French and English, written and spoken. Team spirit, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
