Supports client consultant in driving all aspects of the research/search process including managing the execution and direction of research; search strategy development; position specification development; candidate interviews, assessment and presentation. Responsibilities further include: Mapping role criteria, defining position description and document specifications; Identifying prospective candidates through targeted company research, industry sources/networking, relevant prior searches and internal sources; and Conducting in-depth phone interviews to qualify prospective candidates against position requirements and key competencies and attract qualified candidates to the client assignment. Entails element of business development and referrals of new business. Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience. About you Required: Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience required. Strong working knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Experience with database/CRM management. Preferred: Advanced degree highly desirable, but not required. Experience in retained search or corporate talent acquisition is preferred. Behaviors: Exceptional organizational skills.
