Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a Business Improvement Analyst to join our Strategy, Data and Insight Team on a fixed-term basis (up to 12 months to cover maternity leave).
If you’ve got solid SQL skills and a flair for data visualisation tools, this is your chance to put them to work in a role that goes beyond numbers. You will be turning data into powerful insights that shape decisions, improve services, and help us achieve more for our communities.
From collaborating on business improvement projects across PCH to driving forward efficiency and performance, you will play a vital role in unlocking smarter ways of working and making sure we deliver the best outcomes possible.
This is your opportunity to step into a role where data meets strategy, and your expertise can spark meaningful change.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THIS ROLE IS SOMEONE WHO CAN:

  • develop and provide a wide range of complex regular and ad-hoc insight reports.
  • communicate data insights with a variety of audiences at varying levels of understanding.
  • work alongside operational teams to understand and improve their performance
  • use their creative and analytical mind to develop actionable insights to improve the way we go about our business
  • use data visualisation tools to enhance the way that we share performance information.
