Description
Work with stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business and technical requirements.
Turn requirements into clear delivery artefacts, including user stories, functional specifications, process maps and acceptance criteria delivered to Software Development teams.
Analyse data and process information to support programme decisions, delivery planning and prioritisation.
Create and maintain high-quality documentation, such as system descriptions, integration specifications, data dictionaries and process flows.
Review legacy systems to understand current capabilities, dependencies and opportunities for simplification or decommissioning.
Support development and integration workstreams by helping define system requirements, integration designs and API-related documentation.
Identify opportunities for automation by documenting current processes, assessing potential improvements and building supporting business or technical cases.
Facilitate workshops and working sessions, capturing outputs clearly and turning discussions into actionable plans and deliverables.
Keep documentation accurate, up to date and easy to use across assignments.
Support planning and estimation by breaking work down into clear, manageable deliverables.
