A key part of your role will be providing change support as new M2 processes, systems, and structures are introduced, offering constructive challenge and guidance to help project leaders and teams move faster, deliver real value, and minimise risks. You will contribute to the creation of strong business cases and actionable plans, with your practical change management expertise proving invaluable to Divisional Leads, Project Leads, and Divisional Owners. By spotting delivery risks early and escalating them to the programme leader and sponsor, you will ensure issues are addressed promptly, while also proposing practical solutions. Taking the lead on Shibumi usage, you will monitor progress across initiatives and the wider M2 programme, resolve issues for teams, and coach them to make the most of the system.
