Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations & Services, this is an important and exciting role that will identify, sponsor and deliver our strategic business initiatives to shape our function and ensure that we can meet short- and medium-term organisational performance goals
  • Working in partnership with the Operations & Services management team you will provide and head up activities managing the strategic activity relating to the future state of the function & business activities
  • This role will also head the functions productivity agenda, pipeline and ideation processes, and facilitate the development of a productivity culture & capability within the team
  • You will steer and manage projects related to the future state of Operations and Services, developing and implementing projects to achieve our goals from project initiation, business case development to implementation
  • You will review our processes to identify and implement opportunities to simplify, digitise and automate
  • In addition, you will have the opportunity to take advantage of engaging with Linde Group peers to ensure the exchange of company-wide expertise and best practice, to support the development of tools and approaches that can be adopted across the function
  • Furthermore, you will facilitate the delivery of key cross-functional topics including ensuring effective performance monitoring & reporting systems and tools, and aspects of our SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment & Quality) and people plans
