Department: Audit
Location: Peterborough or Halifax, hybrid working 2 days per week.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

To carry out daily audits across MRN, Sopp+Sopp, AAR & AGL teams, driving best practice and working closely with the teams to support and add value to the companies continuous improvement plan.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Complete a set quota of various audits across all Activate Group sites to ensure that process is being adequately followed, KPIs and SLAs are met, and non-conformance and development needs are documented.
  • Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures by analysing and reviewing records, reports, operating practices and documentation.
  • Use and complete the audit templates and provide root cause analysis of performance on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Become the expert for the teams you are responsible for, ensuring you keep up to date with any changes to process or workload.
  • Maintain a good knowledge of all processes and procedures in each department. Attend refresher and update training sessions in order to add and maintain a meaningful audit template.
  • Attend audit calibration sessions once a month to assure you remain consistent with the rest of the team. (these sessions will rotate between each site)
  • Any other tasks defined from time to time as required on an ad hoc basis
