JOB DESCRIPTION:

Provide business technical leadership across a broad range of information management functions to support the various areas of data and analytics. Works independently as a senior lead and may manage and direct activities related to analysis, design and support of business data management solutions on various projects ranging up to larger projects.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

We are building out a Risk Management pillar for first line data management to ensure we are effective in our management of data risk in the first line across CUSO (Combined US Operations).

High level responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Document and maintain the Risk Management Strategy, operating model, roles and responsibilities, procedures as applicable.
  • Develop/design and execute the testing strategy for each component in the Data Management Standard and procedures, and other CUSO DMO processes as needed.
  • Develop/design and operationalize the monitoring of risk reporting reporting/dashboard for CUSO BS/CFs providing he consolidated view on Data Risk, Data concentration risk, data risk appetite and get to green plans
  • Perform ongoing analysis of Enterprise Data Management Standard and Procedures for improvement opportunities, alignment to other risk categories in the enterprise risk frameworks, US Laws, Rules and Regulations

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

  • Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate and/or
  • 7+ years of relevant experience from a business administration, statistical, mathematical, scientific or financial background.
