Support the AXA AMS leadership team in overseeing governance activities and driving key strategic initiatives. This role is responsible for producing high quality presentations and analytical outputs, facilitating cross functional coordination, and ensuring the timely completion of project deliverables. It plays a critical part in translating strategic concepts into actionable plans that advance AXA AMS’s growth and transformation agenda. Provide support in managing AMS executive governance, including communication strategy, planning, preparation of presentations, facilitation of governance committees, and tracking and documenting key decisions and actions. Contribute to the execution of strategic initiatives through stakeholder communication and engagement, development of analyses, and preparation of reports for the leadership team. Additionally, support leadership teams in delivering their priorities by coordinating project planning and monitoring, producing high quality presentations, and organizing and driving governance activities. Governance support Support the Head of FP&A in monitoring and coordinating transformation projects. Ensure timely preparation and completion of all materials required for governance committees. Define meeting agendas in collaboration with key contributors, including direct coordination with the CEO and department heads. Develop and consolidate executive level presentation materials (primarily in PowerPoint), engaging with stakeholders to gather and refine content. Organize and lead review sessions and related governance events. Assist in the facilitation of governance committees. Document meeting minutes, key decisions, and action items. Prepare adhoc reports as requested by executive leaders and department heads. Strategic Initiatives Execution Support Support strategic initiative owners in delivering expected outcomes. Assist in planning, documenting, and monitoring defined actions. Coordinate with involved stakeholders and ensure progress against timelines. University graduate with 10+ years of experience in IT Shared Services or similar, including at least 3 years in client facing management roles Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Handson experience in Process Improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, process reengineering, and change management) Strong project management capabilities Effective communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels Strong problem-solving skills and an innovative approach to addressing business challenges Proficient in data analysis
