WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Conducting research, interviews, and workshops to gather business requirements. Analyzing operational processes and organizational structures. Preparing clear documentation, reports, and presentations for clients and internal teams. Supporting consultants and project leads with insights and structured findings. Participating in client meetings and contributing to solution proposals. WHAT WE EXPECT: Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience); a Masters is a plus. At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in analysis, research, consulting, or similar. Strong analytical and structured thinking; ability to turn information into clear conclusions. Confident communication skills and comfort in client-facing situations. Solid English skills (B2-C1). Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks without losing attention to detail.
