Job Description This Role As a Commercial Insights Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting IQ-EQ’s commercial strategy by delivering actionable insights that drive growth and efficiency. Working within the Sales Operations & Enablement team, you will collaborate across multiple business sectors to identify opportunities, optimize sales performance, and strengthen client relationships through data-driven decision-making. What you will do: Perform research on key markets to build insight into those sectors and to identify potential commercial opportunities. Identify new sales opportunities either from existing clients or prospects. Analyze client portfolios and transaction patterns to uncover cross-sell and upsell potential. Support the development of targeted campaigns based on data-driven insights. Collaborate with Sales Operations to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Utilize CRM and BI tools to extract, analyze, and visualize data effectively. Create presentation material for internal trainings, client meetings and pitches. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Power BI, plus experience with CRM applications. Strong commercial awareness and understanding of financial services industry trends. Well organized, able to priorities effectively, and resilient under pressure. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to deliver data-driven insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. A confident team player, eager to grow and share expertise within IQ-EQ Group.
