Determine and agree annual targets for key metrics, influencing market teams to adopt them. Support business planning activities including forecasting, performance reviews, segmentation, and strategic narratives. Facilitate collaboration programmes to align goals between Group and markets. Create data-led insights for proactive business assessment and sales intervention using Power BI and Microsoft Office tools. Produce accurate, high-quality analysis and present findings clearly to enable data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders. Expertise in Business Insights, commercial and finance, with knowledge of Big Data concepts. Proficient in Power BI (DAX), Excel, SQL, and Python; experience with Salesforce.com and Qliksense. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a quantitative field. Fluent in English; German or Italian preferred. Resilient, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
