An exciting opportunity exists for a talented Business Integration Professional to join our newly created luxury travel brand Explora Journeys. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Integration Associate Manager to join our team. This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and business processes. The ideal candidate will support pre- and post-journey operations, oversee payment collections, assist with incident management, and help ensure a smooth experience for both customers and internal stakeholders. Your Impact - Collaborate with executive leadership, business unit leaders, and functional teams (IT, Marketing, Commercial, Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations) to align and execute integration plans. - Develop and manage detailed integration roadmaps, timelines, and success metrics. - Identify and mitigate integration risks, resolve issues, and ensure effective stakeholder communication. - Monitor synergy realization (cost savings, revenue enhancements) and report performance against company goals. - Drive process harmonization and technology system integration between business teams/organizations. - Act as a liaison between acquiring and acquired teams to foster a collaborative and culturally aligned. - Provide post-integration support and lessons learned analysis to continuously improve integration playbooks. Your Journey so far You have minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar Business Integration Role preferably in the Luxury or Luxury Hospitality/Travel Industry Your Essentials - You set yourself apart through your personal accountability to deliver with excellence - Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects or programs. - Strong knowledge of business functions and enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM). - Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. - Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage change in dynamic environments. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
