The IT team of Italy Hub (Italy, Central & Eastern Europe and Israel) is actively looking for a dynamic Business Integrator to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring our IT initiatives align with our strategic goals and regulatory requirements.

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s degree in information technology, computer science or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English, at a professional level.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and AWS solutions / ecosystems.
  • Some experience in a business integrator, project manager, IT analyst or similar role within an IT department, preferably in a multinational company, better if in the pharmaceutical industry.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Understanding of pharmaceutical business processes and regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP, GxP).
  • Proficiency in integration tools and technologies (e.g., APIs, middleware, ETL tools).
  • Knowledge of one or more relevant programming languages such as R, SQL, Python, C++ , etc.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more relevant databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.
  • Experience with AI and Machine Learning technologies, and their application in business processes.
Responsibilities
  • Manage projects, bridging between the business stakeholders and various IT global, regional and local teams.
  • Support the implementation of impactful solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget and with high quality.
  • Work creatively in team to develop and implement IT-related OCM initiatives.
  • Act promptly in case of notified issues to minimize business disruption by coordinating the appropriate IT and business teams towards resolution.
  • With a strong collaborative spirit, maintain a productive relationship with the regional/global teams to support the Italy Hub priorities.
  • Contribute to the Italy Hub transformation journey according to the defined agenda and assigned roles.
  • Leverage Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies to enhance business processes and drive innovation.
