This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 500000 - Rs 1300000 (ie INR 5-13 LPA) Min Experience: 5 years Location: Bangalore JobType: full-time As a Business Intelligence professional focused on Supply Chain Analytics, you will play a critical role in transforming complex operational data into meaningful insights that drive efficiency, cost optimization, and informed decision-making. This role sits at the intersection of supply chain management, data analytics, and business intelligence, enabling leaders to gain visibility into logistics performance, freight movement, inventory flows, and overall supply chain health. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design intuitive dashboards, build performance trackers, and uncover trends that support strategic and operational improvements across the supply chain ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI and Excel Analyze supply chain data related to logistics operations, freight flows, inventory movement, and distribution performance Build and manage KPI frameworks to track operational efficiency, service levels, cost metrics, and throughput Perform root-cause analysis to identify performance gaps, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities Develop data models and automated trackers to support ongoing reporting and decision-making Work with large datasets from ERP, WMS, and other supply chain platforms to ensure data accuracy and consistency Translate analytical findings into actionable insights for supply chain, operations, and leadership teams Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing timely, data-driven recommendations Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and enhance visibility across supply chain functions What Makes You a Great Fit 5–10 years of relevant experience in supply chain analytics, business intelligence, logistics performance management, or related roles Strong expertise in building dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI and Excel Solid analytical mindset with strong numerical reasoning and problem-solving capabilities Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL and/or Python for handling and analyzing large datasets Hands-on experience working with ERP, WMS, or other supply chain systems Strong understanding of supply chain operations, logistics trends, and performance measurement frameworks Experience with data modeling, KPI design, and operational reporting best practices Ability to clearly communicate insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable working in data-driven, fast-paced environments
