Description
Design, develop, and maintain impactful dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions using SQL, Tableau, and Python to support key business decisions. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand evolving business needs, translate them into data requirements, and deliver actionable insights. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality of all BI assets by implementing robust data validation and governance controls. Build and optimize data pipelines and reporting frameworks, integrating data from multiple sources including data warehouses and cloud platforms. Lead efforts to improve reporting efficiency and usability through automation, exception reporting, and user-friendly design. Educate and support business users on accessing and interpreting dashboards and reports, fostering data literacy across teams. Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce manual work, and enhance decision-making through data. Participate in the development of scalable BI infrastructure and contribute to data modeling and ETL design. Apply statistical learning, optimization techniques, and operations research methods to solve complex business problems. Support Agile project delivery using tools like JIRA, and contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-functional collaboration. Delivers insights that influence customer experience, operational efficiency, and strategic planning across teams. Demonstrates strong conceptual and hands-on expertise in business intelligence, data visualization, and analytics. Proficient in SQL, Tableau, and Python; experience with Databricks, Spark, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) is a plus. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, JIRA, and project tracking tools. Experience or education in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering is strongly preferred. Solid foundation in statistical modeling, optimization, and operations research. Understands business strategy and how data can drive outcomes; able to align reporting solutions with organizational goals. Takes ownership of deliverables; mentors junior analysts and leads small projects with measurable impact. Communicates clearly and confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders; builds consensus and drives alignment.
