We’re looking for a passionate and driven Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Customer Experience (CX) Analytics team. You will report into the Senior Manager of Business Analytics and partner with Experience Designers, Researchers and Product Managers across our Growth Experience Technology (GET) organization to provide unbiased and actionable insights that help improve our digital customer experience. You will set and track KPIs across various projects to monitor success and help drive operational efficiency. You will play a significant role in fostering a customer-focused and data-driven culture through meaningful research and analysis of our customer’s experience across the digital lifecycle.
This is primarily a Hybrid role based in San Francisco or Boston.

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $87,400 and $150,700. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
