About the Role We are looking for an experienced BI Analyst who will be focused on the commercial side of the business who will lead efforts to maximize the use of data and improve visualization to enable faster and better decision making for marketing, sales and related departments. This role reports to the Senior Director of BI and works alongside the Sr. BI analyst to ensure that the data analytics and visualization reporting meets the organizational needs and is developed in a robust and consistent manner. Key Responsibilities: · Data Analysis & Reporting · Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for various departments. · Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, correlations, and opportunities for improvement, resulting in actionable recommendations. · Tool Proficiency & Process Improvement · Continuously improving internal reporting processes and methodologies to ensure accuracy and efficiency. · Follow and utilize project management skills to effectively tackle larger problems. · Stay current with the latest methods in data usage and best practices in dashboarding and reporting. · Collaboration and professionalism · Attend all related cross-functional meetings. · Work collaboratively across the organization to understand data and reporting needs. · Meet all deadlines as directed. · Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in analytics, computer science, statistics, or a related field. · Minimum of two years’ experience in the consumer products or manufacturing industry. · Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and transform data into actionable insights. · Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, etc.) and data visualization tools like Power BI. · Experience in developing various types of dashboard reports for varied business functions. · Expertise in working with diverse types of data, including customer, operational, financial, ecommerce, and customer satisfaction data. · Proficient in SQL/MySQL and data management systems. · Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to stakeholders at various levels. · Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. · Motivation to learn and take on additional responsibilities as the company continues to grow.
